The Serenity in Samford committee needs a secretary, as well as a few other roles, plus general members, to help organise a fabulous weekend in late November.
I (Julie, the Chairperson) am committed to making sure it’s a fun and engaging process for us all, with clear responsibilities for each person, and the power to make your own decisions in your role as a trusted servant of AA. Meetings will be as few and as short as possible, with clear and tight agendas, and with a clear and known process for conflict resolution, if needed. Communication will be mostly via a WhatsApp group.
