Notice of Annual General Meeting

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Annual General Meeting of the CSO Brisbane Inc. will be held at Annerley Baptist Church 536 Ipswich Road Annerley QLD 4103, on Sunday 10^th November 2024 at 1.00pm to transact the following business:

1. to receive and consider the Steering Committee’s report and the statement of income and expenditure, assets and liabilities affecting the property of the Association for the preceding financial year;
2. the receiving of the auditor’s report upon the books and accounts for the preceding financial year;
3. the election of members of the Steering Committee;
4. the appointment of an auditor; and
5. other business as is appropriate for the consideration of the Association at such meeting, including the quarterly CSO Representatives meeting.
