DESCRIPTION:Job Vacancy – Office Co-Ordinator \nThis is permanent part-ti
 me paid position. (Typically\, 4 days a week) \n\nThe CSO Brisbane Office 
 Coordinator runs all aspects of the office. They must be proficient in all
  aspects of running a small office that includes retail and legislative ac
 tivities. Given the services the office provides\, the role requires a tho
 rough and practical understanding of Alcoholic Anonymous’ Steps\, Tradit
 ions and Concepts. Supervision and training are key aspects of this role. 
 The requirements of the role are as follows:\n\n 	Relevant skills\, knowle
 dge\, experience\, qualifications and/or training\n 	Experience with super
 vision and training of staff and volunteer’s\n 	Perform a range of plann
 ing functions which may require exercising knowledge of statutory and lega
 l requirements. Knowledge of statutory and legislative requirements of an 
 Incorporation registered as a not for profit body\n 	Financial recording a
 nd reporting in a retail environment\n 	Knowledge of organisational progra
 ms\, policies and activities\, and the proven ability to initiate and deve
 lop guidelines\, work procedures\, and processes\, and ensured they are fo
 llowed\n 	Payroll activities (subject to approval) and HR oversight.\n 	Pr
 ovide specialist expertise or advice in relation to complex issues\n 	Deve
 lop\, control and administer a records management service for the receipt\
 , custody\, control\, preservation and retrieval of records and related ma
 terial\;\n 	Secretary for the CSO Steering Committee and Reps Meetings\n 	
 Provide reports to the Steering Committee and Reps Meetings regarding the 
 functioning of the CSO. Distribute and file relevant agendas\, minutes and
  reports\n 	Ability to perform all the job functions of the administration
  assistant position.\n\nIn determining suitability for the role\, the foll
 owing criteria are considered essential:\n\n 	Knowledge of AA’s Steps\, 
 Traditions and Concepts\n 	Relevant experience with MYOB software (or XERO
  or similar software)\n 	Knowledge and experience of in-person and digital
  banking procedures\n 	Intermediate understanding of bookkeeping\n 	Knowle
 dge of CSO Constitution and standing orders\n 	Advanced skills using MS Of
 fice\n 	Proven verbal and written communication skills\n\nThe following cr
