Update Meeting Details

Each year in August, the CSO asks each group to update their meeting details with us, so that it can contact groups when necessary with relevant information, and also to keep some very basic (non-identifying) statistics. You can do so either by filling out this form here, or, if you prefer, you can download the Meeting Update Form (pdf) and print it out, and send it to the CSO.
